Signals Refund Policy

Signals includes a refund rule for unresponded signals.

Refund rule:

• If no curator feedback (written or video) is collected before the signal expires, the signal is 100% refunded.
• If a playlister skips over your Signal and chooses not to review it, you will also be refunded.

Response window:

The current response window for playlist curators is 72 hours.

Finality:

If a signal is processed, it is final.
