I’m getting a .csv upload error?

You may be sending over the wrong csv which is why you are getting the error message. You need to upload the 28-day .csv from the "playlists" section of your account.

Please re-watch the instructional video at the bottom-right of the song-card in order to get the correct csv and please let us know if you have any other questions!
