How to track your interactions in the A&R program

As an A&R, your goal is to find fresh music each week and help us identify the "winners." We track your interactions to ensure our artists get the best possible engagement and to confirm your playlists meet our high standards for activity and curation.

For this reason, your interactions are placed in a quality control queue that updates every six hours. If a song isn't accepted right away, don't worry—the system automatically re-checks it every six hours until the Friday deadline.

Here is a quick start guide on how to track your progress, and see which songs have been accepted or not on a weekly basis:

Option 1:  Via the Earnings tab of your Discover Hub

  1. Go to the Earnings tab of your Discover Hub.
  2. Click the bar for the day you want to review.
  3. A track-by-track list of your interactions for that day will appear.

If a song is under the “Opportunity” section, it still hasn’t been accepted.

If a song is under the “Earned” section, it has been accepted by the Queue and is placed into your playlist.

Option 2:  Via the Engagements section of your Discover Hub

  1. Go to the Engagements section of your Discover Hub.
  2. Click the oval that displays your proposals vs. accepted count.
  3. A track-by-track list of your interactions will appear.

Option 3:  Via the playlist page

On the left side of the page, select the playlist you've interacted with. From there, use the tabs at the top to explore your interactions: Tracks gives you an overview of how interactions have moved into your playlist, Proposals shows the status of pending interactions, and Placements displays completed interactions.
