How do I redeem my discount code? 

When you receive a discount code from us, redeeming it is easy! Just follow these steps: 

1. Find the Track You Want to Promote 
   
   • Click on "Change Song," search and select the song you want to promote and head to "Marketplace."

2. Choose Your Campaign Type:
   

• For PlaylisterClub codes, make sure you're selecting a standard Playlisting campaign and not a Playlisting Pass.
• For Songfly codes, select the correct channel specified when the code was given to you: Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. 
• Make sure to select the campaign duration that matches your discount code: which is typically 7 days, unless specified otherwise.

3. Apply Your Code:
   
   • Once you have selected the correct campaign type, click on "Add Discount Coupon."
   • Enter your discount code (e.g., TESTCODE50PLC) here and then click “Apply” to make sure it's applied to your purchase.

Things to keep in mind:

• ‍‍Most discount codes have a stated expiration date, be sure to make your next purchase and redeem your code before it expires!‍
• Discount codes can only be applied to new campaigns—they can't be used on campaigns that are already running. If you'd like to use a discount for a track that's currently being promoted, simply turn OFF Auto-Renew, wait for the current campaign to end, then create a new campaign for the same track and apply your discount code at checkout.
• All discount codes can only be used once per account, meaning they can only be redeemed once for a single campaign. If you’ve previously redeemed a certain code under your account, it will no longer be valid for additional use
