Can I get a refund due to low performance/streams?
As per our terms of service we cannot give refunds for after the service has been used. To elaborate, we do not guarantee any streams, performance, or any other metrics on playlists in our platform. The membership payment is a cost paid upfront to use our technology, gain exposure within our ecosystem, and gain data/insights on your music, and is independent of any performance you may achieve on playlists.
Despite this, we would be happy to dive further into your account to troubleshoot. Would you mind sending over your 28-day streaming .csv from Spotify for Artists so we can dive into the playlist adds further?
