The A&R program is based on hourly slots, and to allow for our A&Rs to interact freely, we have broken up our slots into 6 hour time increments. If the system disables it means you won't be able to interact within the program, and you will see a countdown on your “my A&R” sidebar, letting you know when the next time you can interact is. You can always check the status of the A&R program in the “My A&R” sidebar.
